Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience to the table. She has worked with top executives from all industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high development. She is a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating the goals of an organization and their strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on employee engagement and change management. She has a passion for learning, and believes that management and team building as her greatest advantage. Her extensive experience includes working with Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to develop and coach managers, and achieving results, she helped foster corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. As Annmarie continues to invest her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she is currently providing support to a number of non-profit organizations in her free time. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that has a mission of providing networks and advocacy for the hotels that offer healthcare services.
